MyCashList.com Terms

By registering for MyCashList.com you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

MyCashList.com is a membership site for PAID members only. You may register for FREE  so that you can check out our options and services, but if you not upgrade your account you can't earn and withdraw money. You can use mailer only once every 7 days and can spend max 200 credits per mailing.
Once upgraded, you will be able to use our services for as long as you maintain your subscription active. 

You are in full control over your subscription and you may of course choose to cancel your subscription any time you wish. 

 

Unless you received prior permission from MyCashList.com, you may only register for one MyCashList.com account.

You may not promote MyCashList.com in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting MyCashList.com in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your MyCashList.com account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using MyCashList.com. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. MyCashList.com is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to MyCashList.com, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your MyCashList.com account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No continuous redirecting loops

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*MyCashList.com has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Payment and Refunds Policy

You are in FULL CONTROL over your subscription and you may of course choose to cancel your subscription any time you wish. If you decide to cancel your subscription you are free to do so.

 

If your subscription is cancelled, your account will be downgraded when the services you paid for, have expired and our product will stop being delivered to you. A refund will be provided if our script is confronted with technical difficulties which prevent you to use our services properly.  

In order to preserve the integrity of the system and maintain long term success for our members and advertisers, we reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Please revisit this section for updates.
